Loan EMI Calculator
Work out the monthly instalment on any loan, and — more importantly — what it costs you in total. The headline EMI is the number lenders advertise; the total interest is the number that decides whether the loan is worth taking. Both are shown, along with the interest expressed as a percentage of what you actually borrowed.

Loan EMI Calculator — frequently asked questions
EMI = P × r × (1+r)^n ÷ ((1+r)^n − 1), where P is the principal, r the monthly interest rate (annual ÷ 12 ÷ 100) and n the number of months. At 0% interest it's simply the principal divided by the number of months.
