Quotation Generator

Build a priced quotation and send it as a PDF. The one field people leave off and regret is the expiry date — a quote with no “valid until” is a price you have promised indefinitely, and materials costs do not care that you quoted six months ago. This tool puts that field next to the quote number so it is hard to skip.

  • Add at least one row to items — the document has nothing on it yet.
  • Fill in "From" — a document with no sender is not much use.
  • Fill in "Quotation for".

The PDF is built in this page — nothing you type is uploaded. You can disconnect from the internet and the download will still work.

Nothing is uploaded — this tool runs inside your browser, so your files never leave your device.

Quotation Generator — frequently asked questions

A quotation is a fixed price you are offering to be held to. An estimate is your best guess, and it is understood that the final figure may differ. The distinction matters legally in many places: once a customer accepts a quote, that is usually the price. If you are not certain of the cost, say “estimate” and say so on the document.
